Brand building and Rebranding
Brand development for start-ups or for new products as well as the careful modernization of established brands in the B2B environment is one of the most difficult tasks in the marketing spectrum. A positive image established over years must not be destroyed, just as a wrongly charged new brand of a start-up must not be introduced. We have successfully carried out brand building and restructuring for many technical companies. It is essential that we know our customers, understand them and are aware of what makes them tick in order to implement all measures as authentically as possible.
With the marketing goals defined, the planning and implementation begins. This requires using the available resources and capacities effectively. Who is taking on which task and when must be clearly identified for all involved. Also, an expenditure budget is defined which regulates which cost may be incurred. This must be continuously monitored. We will support our customers in planning and budgeting and, if desired, take over these tasks completely.
